WITNESS COLLAPSES.
An unusual incident occurred, during the hearing of an action for damages which commenced at the Supreme Court yesterday before Mr. Justice Smith. When being cross-examined one of the : witnesses for the plaintiff collapsed and the Court had to take a short adjournment until he recovered.
