BANK REFUTES RUMOUR. (By Telegraph.—-Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, thie day. There has been a revival in Parliamentary circles of a rumour circulated last week that the Bank of New Zealand had decided to reconsider the ques tion of exchange. A prominent banking official last night gave the story an emphatic denial.
