TURKISH FOR THE TURKS.
(Received 10 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, December 4. By the decision of the Government the word Allah has been changed from the Arabic to the Turkish, Tanri. Thus the Muezzins in future will call "Tanri Uludur" instead of the traditional "Allah Ekber."
