MOUNT EDEN PRESBYTERIANS. The reports to be presented at thi annual meeting of the congregation of the Mount Eden Presbyterian Church to-mor* row evening record that the variouj organisations are in a strong and pros- , ' perous position. The session report states, that the services have, on the whole, well attended during the year. The aVet age attendatice at Communion was 224' which the session regards as only fairly satisfactory, in view of the membership of 346. Twenty-eight new members have joined during the year. Since the appointment of the Rev. L. H. Hunt to Karori (Wellington) the Rev. W. Bower Black has been interim moderator, and under his guidance it is hoped that the selection of a successor will not be long delayed. The report of the board of managers states that the total revenue was £1171 a.decrease of £109 on last year. Sunday collections totalled £B(i.'i and the total revenue, general fund, was £837, a decrease of £126. Current expenditure was £852, £106 lower than last year. This reduction has been achieved chieflythrough stipend, and reductions in repairs and interest bills. Budget contributions realised £197. The ladies' guild handed the board £70 in March for debt reduction, and by adding £30 the board was able to reduce the debt on the church by £100. The sum of £18 was raised and expended in alleviating unemployment among members of the congregation. Four members of the board who retire by rotation and are eligible for re-election are Messrs. J. Victor Macky, Jas. Oliver' A. M. Eosie and L. Moir. ' "■'

ST. ANDREW'S, BIRKENHEAD. Satisfactory reports of the various activities of the church were presented at the annual congregational meeting of Bt Andrew's Presbyterian Church at Birkenhead. The Rev. P. J. Wainwright, who presided, congratulated the workers and the whole congregation on the sacrifices they had made in carrying on the work of the church.

Tho report of the session, submitted by the clerk, Mr. R. McCracken, coveted the work of the extensive parish, embracing Birkenhead, Birkdale, Beach Haven, Glenfield and Albany. Increases in membership were recorded at Birkenhead and Albany. The church secretary, Mr. H. Haynian, referred to the painting and pairing of the buildings. The statement of the treasurer, Mr. Alec. Campbell, revealed an increase- in the ordinary coutx-ibutions of the congregations, though it had been impossible this year to meet all assembly assessments. Aα energetic ladies' guild had raised a net sum of £69 during the year. The committee elected for the ensuing year comprises Mr. and Mrs. H. Haynian Miss J. Geddes, Mre. L. Bland, Messrs. B Dingley, H. Male, J. Taft, J. Irvine and R. Drumtnond. MORNINGSIDE PRESBYTERIANS. Reports indicating that all the activities of St. Enoch's Presbyterian Church, Mprningside, were flourishing were received at the annual meeting of the congregation. The Rev. W. Bower Black, moderator of the charge, presided. In his survey of the year's work, Mr. A. Burns, session clerk, said that the church had experienced a year of encouraging progress. The attendances at the services had increased, and there was an increase in membership. The financial (position was satisfactory. Special mention was made of the work among the young people. The Sunday school and the Bible classes were in a healthy condition. Messrs. Sims, Langford, Allen, and Haines were elected to the managers' court. The Rev. Bower.
