Mrs. H. B. Lusk, of Napier, and Mrs. H. de Latour, of Wairoa, Hawke's Bay, who are visiting Auckland to be present at the wedding of Miss Winifred Averill, this week, are staying at Stonehurst.
The Misses Sybil and Josephine Mulvany have returned to 21, Princes Street, after a five weeks' motor caravan tour to Napier, Palmerston North and Wellington. On the return trip calls were made at New Plymouth, Morrinsville and a short visit was paid to their sister at Ngahape.
Mrs. Gilbert Ball, formerly Miss Arini Aehworth, Palmerston North, and now of Oakland, California, arrived by the Monterey to-day, and is staying for a few days with her sister-in-law, Mrs. Frank Swales Dean, St. Helier's. Mrs. Ball will stay about six weeks in New Zealand before returning.
