THE HOME INSURANCE COMPANY, ' LIMITED, has given notice to the Public Trustee pursuant to the provisions of the Insurance Companies' Deposits Act, 13211. That the Home Insurance Company, : Limited, has sold to the Halifax Fire ) Insurance Company all its fire and accident insurance business in New Zealand. 2. That the Home Insurance Company, Limited, has ceased to carry on in New Zealand the business of fire insurance, accident insurance and all other classes of Insurance business within the meaning of the "Insurance Companies' Deposits Act, 1921-22," and its amendments. 3. That the Halifax Fire Insurance Company has undertaken to accept all liability arising under any policies issued by the Home Insurance Company, Limited, or under any renewals of such policies. 4. That in all policies taken over on expiry from the Homo Insurance Company, Limited, tho renewed jiolicy will show that the Halifax -Fire Insurance Company is the con- [ trading party, and no policies will be renewed in the name of the Home Insurance Company, Limited.
