Replying to a deputation from members of the New Zealand Native Bird Protection Society and the Wellington Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, the Minister of Internal Affaire, the Hon. A. Hamilton, said he would endeavour to ihave a clause inserted in the Police Offences Act this session prohibiting the sale of bird lime.
