RELIEF FOR IDLE.
German Family's Generous Undertaking. MEALS AND CLOTHING. (Received 12 noon.) MULHEIM, November 6. The industrial family of Thyssen hae undertaken the relief of the city's several thousand victims of the depression throughout the winter. This inciiudes 1,000,000 meals a month for a penny each, and 16,000 yards of cloth which the unemployed women will make into clothee and hedding for distribution.
FRENCH UNEMPLOYED. DECREASING EVERYWHERE. (Received 12 noon.) PARIS, November 6. Unemployment is decreeing throughout the country. It reached the peak of 650,000 in March when only 300,000 were receiving the dole. The remainder had either exhausted their claim to such relief or their families were working. Unemployed receiving assistance in October numbered 249,727.
