An amnesty to mark the celebration of the tenth anniversary of the march on Rome affects 6000, including those serving five years' imprisonment, whose sentences are remitted.

Sentences of between five and It) years are given a three-year remission, and those over 10 yeare five years remission, provided they serve at least seven years.

The amnesty does not apply to persons sentenced in their absence unless they return to Italy within four monthe and serve the portion of the sentence unremitted/nor does the amnesty apply to soldiers and sailors sentenced for treason. *.
