HOSPITAL FINANCE.
AUSTRALIAN IMPRESSED. REPORT FOR N.S.W. GOVERNMENT. "I am much impressed with the system of regular finance, as provided by legislation, for your hospitals," said Mr. G. Fitzpatrick, an authority on hospital administration in Australia, who recently returned to Auckland after a tour of the Dominion. Mr. Fitzpatrick is superintendent of the New South Wales Community Hospital, deputy-chairman of • St. Margaret's Maternity Hospital, chairi man of the Food for Babies' Fund, and chairman of the Dalwood Health Home. i He is also a member of the American [ Hospitals' Association and the British 1 Association of Hospital Executives. Mr. Fitzpatrick holds an honorary commission from the Government of . New South Wales to report on New Zea- > land methods of. hospital administration and finance, and lie has also been invited E to furnish the result of his observations L to the New Zealand Government through ' the Minister of Health, Mr. "ioung.
