MADRID, November 4.
A labour agreement was signed by M. Herriot, Prime Minister of France, and President Azana, of Spain, during the former's visit to the capital. This places Spaniards in France and Frenchmen in Spain on a footing of equality with nationals regarding sa'iry, doles or other unemployment assistance.
