~ FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGMENTS,
Although the campaign, as ''previously announced, is now closed, "lastminute" patches are still coming to hand from readers who are eager to help in the good work. This week we have to specially thank a reader, "A.J.F.," of Devonport, who forwarded a splendid parcel containing nearly 4Q patches—a welcome gift indeed. Another very special parcel was received from three readers who signed themselves "Olwyn, Zoe and Jim," and who forwarded no | less than SI beautifully knitted patches \ of every colour and description.
