IMPROVEMENTS PROMISED. PROVISION OF LANDING CIRCLE. (From Our Own Correspondent.) ROTORUA. Friday. When Mr. E. Boucher, of Auckland, spoke on aviation at a Rotary#uncKe.on her® some weeks ago he commented upon the condition of the aerodrome and advised its improvement to give satisfaction to visiting airmen. SquadronLeader A. J. Butler, of ~ Rotorua, haß also declared that the landing. ground is tufty and tricky, and requires rolling. The Mayor, Mr. T.' Jackson,': denies that the ground says it is in better condition now .£han ever before. Since Butler's appointment much been done iri levelling the area.'\TSife borough council has already decided to provide a landing circle and mark oft bad spots in the field. Periodical rolling is to be undertaken.|
