Mies Irene Williams, of Remuera, 13 leaving by the Mariposa on Monday for Melbourne.

Mr. and Mrs. Edward Hull, who have been among the guests at Hotel Ventnor, Devonport, have returned to Hamilton.

Miss Beryl Bickerton, of Christchurch, who has been in England studying architecture, has now qualified as an architect.

Miss Linda McCur'dy, of Auckland, who is at present in London, i« going' abroad shortly, writes our London correspondent.

Miss M. Fair, of Auckland, was in Bristol when the mail left, where she is to be married, and her honeymoon will bo spent in London.

Dr. and Mrs. Hockin, of Kaponga, who have beexi in England, where Dr. Hockin has been doing po3t-graduate work, are returning to New Zealand.

Overseas visitors staying at the Grand Hotel are: Mrs. C. M. Barclay-Harvey, Miss Violet Barclay-Harvey, of London, and Mrs. J. A. Browne, of Sydney. * # * *

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wheeler, of Wellington, after their tour in Scotland and the North of England, visited historic places in and near London. They left for Paris early last month.

Mrs. Margaret Rawstron, of Auckland, and her two children have arrived in London to join her husband, who is doing post graduate study. They will probably remain there for three years. » » » *

Mr. and Mrs. T. Bryne, of Rotorua, have just returned to London from a tour through Belgium. They have also toured Scotland this summer. They are booked to leave by the Orsova on November 20. *
