PRIVATE VISIT TO ROTORUA. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) ROTORUA, this day. The Hon. E. A. Ransom, Minister of Lands, who has been privately resting at Rotorua during the past week, left by car this morning on his return to Wellington. While at Rotorua he did not transact public business, but visited the Ngakuru settlement, which just now [.is looking remarkably well.
