DAIRY PRODUCE. Messrs. Newdick Bros, have received the following cable from their London principals, Messrs. Whiteley, Muir and Zwanenberg:—Butter: New Zealand, finest, 103/; Australian, 84/. Cheese: New Zealand, white, 67/; coloured, 61/. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency has received the following cable from its London office: —Butter: 102/ to 104/; first, 95/ to 96/. Market slow. Cheese: White, 66/ to 67/; coloured, 60/ to 61/. Market quiet. Messrs. A. H. Turnbull and Co. are in receipt of a cable from their principals, Messrs. W. Weddel and Co., Ltd., dated London, 2nd inst., reading as follows:— Butter: Danish, 124/; New Zealand, salted, U] to 104/; Australian, 92/ to 94/. Market weak. Cheese: New Zealand, White, 66/ to 67/; coloured, 59/ to 60/. Market firm. CANADIAN WHEAT. MARKET TAKES A TURN. (Received 10 a.m.) WINNIPEG, November 2. Bolstered by light offerings and the export of a million bushels overnight, wheat turned upward on Wednesday, regaining virtually all Tuesday's loss, with, gains of % to 1%. CHICAGO WHEAT VALUES. (Received 10 a.m.) CHICAGO, November 2. Wheat for delivery in December is quoted at 42 cents per bushel, for delivery in May at 48 cents, and for July delivery at 49 cents. THE PRICE OF GOLD. - _____ t (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, November 2. Gold is quoted at £6 4/3 per ounce. SYDNEY WOOL SALES. SYDNEY, November 2. At the Sydney wool sales to-day 12,140 bales were offered and 10,832 were sold. Also 1497 bales were sold privately. The market was firm on yesterday's level for all descriptions, with no improvement, however, in the recently reported easier tendency. Greasy Merino sold to 15% d.
