NO LICENSE.
DAIRY EXPORT GRADING. AUCKLAND APPLICATION. REJECTED BY GOVERNMENT. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Macmillan, announced to-day, regarding the application for a dairy produce export grading license at Westiield, made by the Auckland Cold Storage Company, Ltd., that after careful consideration the Government has decided not to issue any additional licenses at Auckland. The application for the license has been before the Government for a considerable time, and many dairy companies in the Auckland Province have discussed it. The majority expressed opposition to the issue of any additional license.
