WARRANT FOR NEW WRIT.
ME. SPEAKER'S INSTRUCTIONS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. On the motion of the Prime Minister, Mr. Forbes, in the House of Representatives to-day, Mr. Speaker was instructed to issue a warrant to the Clerk of Writs to make out a new writ for the election of a member for Motueka, to fill the vacancy caused.by the death, of Mr. G. C. Black. . .V' .
