ELDERLY MAN COLLAPSES.
DEATH AT HIS WORK. While working at a bench at the premises of the Akarana Yacht Club this morning, an elderly man, Mr. James Sims, of 23, Church Street, Ponsonby, collapsed and died almost instantaner ously. The St. John Ambulance was called, but when the ambulance arrived death had occurred.
