DECISION OF, ARBITRATOR. WORK FOB THAMES BOARD. EARLY RETICULATION.' (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) TE XROHA, this day., In the matter of the Waihi Beach reticulation a telegram, which was received tliis morning, states that the arbitrator, Mr. T. McLennan, has given his decision in favour of the Thames Valley Power Board. Arrangements are now being made whereby the Tauvanga Power Board will cede its portion'of the beach area to the Thames Valley Board, which will proceed with installation without delay.
