CARRIER'S DEATH.
SEQUEL TO BROKEN LEG. The death occurred in the Auckland Hospital on Saturday afternoon of Mr. John Archibald Finlay, aged 44, carrier, who resided with his wife and daughter at 2, Argyle Street, Ponsonby. Mr. Finlay slipped while carrying a sack of coal which he was delivering to a house in Grey Lynn on September 27, and sustained a compound fracture of the left leg.
After evidence of identification had been given the inquest was adjourned sine die.
