EDENDALE CLUB.
The Edendale -Bowling Club's season was opened In the presence of a large attendance of bowlers and visitors. The president, Mr. "J. Brown, spoke highly of the work done by Mr, J. Annison, the green superintendent, and welcomed Mr. Yeoman, a representative of the Auckland Centre. Mr. Yeoman complimented the club on its success during the previous season. Mrs. Brown, wife ■of the president, threw up the first jack, and the greens were declared ° P The opening fours resulted as follows (skips names only) : —A. Hill -0, v. t..
