At Akarana a match was played between the men and lady members, and the former had a decisive victory, winning 17 games to 6, with 3 all square. BALFOUR IRVINE CUP. The annual competition between the Pukekohe and Manukau Golf Clubs for the Balfour Irvine Cup resulted in a win for Pukekohe. Play for the cup concluded on Saturday on the Pukekohe course, when the homo team won by nine games t'> three In the ladies' division and seven games to six in the men's division, with two games all square.
