PREMIERS' MEETING. Important Finance Problems For Discussion; FUNDING FLOATING DEBT. (United P.A.—Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 11.30 a.m.) CANBERRA, this day. The Premiers' Conference and the Loan Council meeting will open in Melbourne this afternoon. The main business is to arrange the necessary funds to provide for the works programmes of the various Governments and for assisttance in some form to the wheat industry, and possibly the wool industry, and to discuss the possibility of funding portion of the floating debt.
