ACCIDENTS.
While rabbit shooting near Waiuku yesterday, Mr. Robert Barry, aged 21, of Nikau Road, Otahuhu, was accidentally shot by his brother, and received wounds in his right arm, head and chest. He was taken to the hospital, where his condition was reported to-day as not serious.
Struck by a golf club at the Glendowie links yesterday, Mr. F. F. Kronfeld, of 57, First Avenue, Kingsland, received a gash over the right eye. He had just driven from the eighteenth tee, when another player swung his club to do likewise. The head of the club struck Mr. Kronfeld. Two stitches were inserted by Dr. C. Horton, of St. Helier s Bay, a member of the club. The injured man was later taken to his home.
Mrs. E. Gallott, of 19, Duke Street, was admitted to the hospital on Saturday evening with injuries to the head. Her condition to-day is reported as not serious.
