DAYLIGHT SAVING. SUMMER TIME ON SUNDAY. ALTER CLOCKS TO-MORROW NIGHT. Summer time starts oil Sunday. To-morrow niglit clocks throughout the Dominion should be advanced to allow for the half-hour of extra daylight. The time of official change is 2 a.m. on Sunday, but householders who wait until they rise on Sunday morning before they advance their clocks ate likely to forget.
