WRESTLER WITHOUT MONEY.
JUDGMENT SUMMONS ISSUED-. MAGISTRATE DECLINES ORDER. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. Answering a judgment summons for £169 1/ issued by the National Sporting Club, Bull Montana, the wrestler, appeared before Mr. T. B. McNeil, S.M., to-day. The summons was the outcome of a judgment given yesterday in favour of the club in a claim for breach of contract. Montana denied that ho had any money. No evidence could be produced that he had. The magistrate declined to make an order. Montana leaves for Sydney tomorrow.
