FINAL AT WESTERN SPRINGS
The Auckland Rugby Football Union's senior championship final will be played at the Western Springs Stadium on Saturday.
Although Grammar Schools' Old Boys is leading Poneouby by two points—and thus has the draw in—the competition cannot be closed by bracketing the teams if ihe blue and blacks win.. Clause 13 of the by-laws for senior grade matches reads: "In th£ event of a. tie in the Gallagher ShielcF or Charity Uip competitions, the teams affected ehafi play oft." MANUKAU V. WHAKATANE.
