MELBOURNE, this day. For the gallops at Fleming-ton this morning the going was good. On the Tan. Beaunilly (G. Wenman) did the-best mile and a half of the season, registering 2.41, the firet six furlonge taking 1.17, the mile 1.44, and mile and a quarter 2.12. Middle Watch eaeily beat Spontoon over a mile in 1.49. Mulcra (H. Armsden) did th-e best mile, recording 1.44. Shadow King (P. Egan) covered a similar distance in 1.48, Illustrious taking 1.44%. Admiral Drake (Z. Whittle) and Prince Conceit (lightweight) ran ten ■ furlonge in 2.19. Roc (R. Lewis) and The Doctor's drdere ' (R. Bonee) covered five furlongs in .1.3%.
