Tie construction of a tunnel and the Excavating.of 3J miles of ditches had drained- the area and it was now pos♦jble 'for; a man to walk all over it. ■ n the future development the plan made 'revision for nine Rugby football ;:ouhde,. three Soccer grounds, croquet nn'iu, tennis courts and hockey grounds.
