BOARD ADHERES TO DECISION. Mr. J. N. Massey, M.P. for Franklin, ha: received advice from the Minister of Employment, in reply to the representrftions made on behalf of Franklin relief workers, concerning the Unemployment Board's decision involving extra work for the same rate of pay, to the effect that the board could not vary its decision, which was reached after full and careful consideration.
