In referring to the good work done by the bush nurses and housekeepers, at the meeting of the women's division of the Farmers' Union yesterday the president, Mrs. C. C. Jackson, said they had a grant of £150 towards the travelling expenses each year from the Government, and as finances were so hard this year they had not expected any help, so that the members of the union were very pleased when the annual grant was made as usual.
