TUI GLEE CLUB.
The inmates and staff at the Veterans' Home were entertained to a musical evening on Tuesday by the members of the Tui Glee Club. The choir gave several part songs and choruses under the baton of Mr. C. Parker, and during the evening songs, elocutionary items, sketches, pianoforte solos, and dances were also given. Those assisting were: Mesdames R. E. N. Matthews and D. McLaren, Misses B. Faulkiner, Targuse (2), Dorothy Katipai L. Dunnett, and Irma Kitchin, Messrs. W. Forshaw, Leslie Russell, A. W. McSkimiming, J. Povinelli, T. Ireland, and Masters Rangi Katipa and Desmond Sargerty. Mr. Roy Collins played the accompaniments.
