M.P.'S SALARIES.
Party Rejects Cabinet 15 Per Cent Reduction. BASIC WAGE CUT ACCEPTABLE. (Received 10.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day" Members of the State Ministerial party are rejecting the Ministry's proposals to reduce their salaries by 15 per cent. They decided in favour of the salaries of members of Parliament being reduced by 12/6 a week in accordance with the recent fall in the basic wage.
