START SEASON WELL. ' The season promises exceedingly well for the Kaipara Co-operative Dairy Company, the output for the month of August being 128 tons lGcwt, against last season 100 tons 13ewt, an increase of 28 per cent. The season's make to date is 215 tons scwt, against last year 159 tons scwt, an increase of 35 per cent for the period (three months). The payout for August was on the basis of lid per lb for finest, amounting to £10,6G1. The three months' payout this season amounts to £17,548, against £12,451 last year. • The recent rains have freshened up the pastures- considerably, but a good soaking rain would be of tremendous benefit.
