COMPETITION RULES.

1. Competitions in the«e pages, unless specially marked, are opM to all young people no- over 18 years of age. 2. Work should be done in ink, on one side of the paper only. Leave a margin of one inch on the left-hand side. The little ones may use ink pencil. _ ' 3. When more than one competition Is conducted, competitor* should use a separate sheet of paper for each competition, and at the top right-hand corner of every page write the number of the competition. 4. All entries should bear the competitor's full name, age, and address in the top right-hand corner of eaoh sheet of paper used. B. Cut out and paste the signature of "Peter Pan" on to the top left-hand corner of our envelope, which should be labelled "COMPETITIONS" in the bottom left-hand corner, and addressed c/o "Star" Offlcs, Auckland. Envelopes not so marked will not be considered. 6. Unless specially stated to the contrary, all competitions cloa# on the Wednesday following publication. Late entries cannot be received. 7. Each competitor is In honour boi'nd to send in original work. If assistance is given, a signed statement to that effeot must be -made t Otherwise no certificate of originality ia required. 8. It is understood that Peter Pan's decision I* final, and he oannot •nter into any correspondence on the matter. •
