RESTITUTION DECREE.
HUSBAND'S REFUSAL TO RETURN. "NOT HAPPY AT HOME." Before. Mr. Justice Hcrdman in the Supreme Court to-day, Valerie Alice Hill petitioned for an order for the restitution of conjugal rights against Edward Blackburn Hill. Petitioner said the marriage took place at Thames in February, 1918, and there were two children. On October 22, 1931, he left her, and had refused to return. His Honor: Why did he leave you? Witness: He just said he was not happy at home. And gave you no explanation at all? —No, sir; I think his health had something to do with it. Petitioner added that her husband wae still living - in Auckland. She wanted him to return to her. Corroborative evidence having been given by petitioner's sister, his Honor made the order, to be obeyed within 14 days of service. He allowed costs on the lowest scale against respondent.
