LYNNDALE CLUB. " The Lynndale Harriers held a four-mile ruu on Saturday, for the club's junior championship. The race started and finished at the Avondale racecourse. W. Fowlds won easily, finishing 2.30 ahead of Barker, with Firrltt third. A sealed handicap was decided at the same time, Barker winning, with Pirritt second. Junior Championship.—The result was: W. Fowlds, 23.32, 1 ; Baker, 26.22, 2; Pirritt, 26.43, 3: William, 27.03, and Anderson, 28.20. also finished. Sealed Handicap. — The result was: Baker, 5.0, 1: Porritt, 4.15, -2; Wltliam, 5.0. 3. Fowlds, scr., and Anderson, 3.30, also finished. Fowlds ran a good race and led all the way. Baker, on the 5.0 mark, surprised the handicappers by running second to Fowlds. This completes the club fixtures for the season. CALLIOPE CLUB. On Saturday tile Calliope Harrier Club held its annual 20 miles relay road-race from Auckland to I'apakura for the Koliri Cup. A successful afternoon's sport eventuated, during the course of which all lap records were broken, and the course record reduced by a neat 5 minutes. The final lap was a a . fine contest between the two leading teams. Whitmore started off with a fair lead, which he maintained to the finish,, both he and Andrews putting up sterling runs. Davidsou, 2h 10m TECH. OLD BOYS' CLUB. The Technical College Old Boys' Athletic C'iub held a harrier run on Saturday from the home of the eluh president, Mr. R. G. Kirkwood. Whitworth Road. Mount Eden. Thirty members competed on a course round the Three Kings to Mount Roskill and back. The run-in resulted as follows : JR. Macdonald. 1: S. Darbyshire. 2: D. Knight. 3: A. Warren, 4; R.
