AIR FELICITATIONS.
Foreign Flyers Guests of British Airmen. RETURN OF HOSPITALITY. / (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, September 2. Aeroplanes from many European nations, piloted by men and women who have come to England for the week-end as the guests of British airmen, arrived at Heston airport yesterday afternoon. An air rally has been organised to enable British pilots to acknowledge the hospitality received by them at foreign aerodromes during the year. ■ A competition in connection with the meeting was won by Count Skorzewski, who had flown 2000 miles from Poland, with his wife, in a British Moth. A French flyer was second and a Belgian third. ;
More than 50 visiting aeroplanes are to take part in the rally.
