PREPARATORY ORGANISATION". (British Official Wireless.) (Received 12 noon.) RUGBY, September 2. After a consultation between Sir John Simon, president of the Organising Committee of the Preparatory Commission of the World Economic Conference, and Sir Eric Drummond, SecretaryGeneral of the League of Nations, agreement was reached regarding the nominations of three financial and three economic members of the Preparatory Commission. In addition the Preparatory Commission, wlilch will probably meet at Geneva in October, will consist of two representatives eacli of the Great Powers, including the United States, and two nominated by the Bank for International Settlements.
