Messrs. Alfred Buckland and Sons, Ltd., will sell by public auction at their Haymarket land salerooms, Albert Street, to-morrow, at 2.30 pjn., a farm .property containing 137 acres, situated at Pollock, near Waiuku, together with live stock and chattels.

Messrs. Robt. C. Carr and Son will sell by auction at their rooms, 20, Swansori Street, to-oxorrow, at noon, a four-roomed house, on a section which has a width of approximately 55ft 6in by an average depth of 264 ft, situated at 8, Gladstone Road, Northcote. The sale is under conduct of the Registrar of the Supreme Court, and at the request of the mortgagee.

William A. Home, Limited, will sell by public auction at their rooms, first floor, Home's Buildings, Vulcan Lane; tomorrow, at noon, by order of the mortgagee, all that piece of land situated at No. 3, Stokes Road, Mount Eden, containing one rood one perch, with six-roomed dwelling thereon. Samuel Vaile and Sons, Ltd., will offer the following properties for sale by public auction at their rooms, 83, Queen.Street, at 2 p.m. to-morrow:—Nine acres two roods 26 perches, with house of six rooms, situated on the main street of Howiqk; building comprising showroom and workshop, on section 40 x 100 ft, at No. 379, New North Road, Kingsland.

Richard Arthur, Ltd., will offer by auction at 11 a.m. to-morrow, at their salerooms, 191, Queen Street, a five-roomed dwelling in Aequith Avenue, Mount Albert.
