DIVIDEND OF 5 PER CENT.
A dividend of- f> per cent, free of mcome tax, is recommended by the directors of Messrs. Adair Bros., Ltd. The amount available from the profits of the past year's trading is £091, and to this there is to be added. £840 carried forward from last yenr, and another sum of £1000, which the directors propose to utilise from the dividend reserve fund, established in more prosperous trading years.
