Further Conversion Planned By Britain. £280,000,000 INVOLVED. (Received 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, August 21. The "Sunday Dispatch" declares that the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, is planning the conversion of a further £280,000,000, with a resultant saving of £8,000,000 annually in interest.
