BRITISH RESEARCH SHIP.
DISCOVERY 11. AT WELLINGTON. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Saturday. The British research steamer Discovery 11., which left Auckland on Monday morning for Wellington, via the Three Kings Islands and North Cape, arrived in port this morning, and berthed at the Thorndon breastwork. In the course of a scientific survey dredging was carried out by the ship in four places. The investigations, are stated to- have -ieeii-satisfactory.
