LOWER WAIKATO TOURNEY.
The finals in the buttons tournament, A and B sections, held under the auspices of the Lower Waikato Basketball Association, were played at Iluntly on Saturday afternoon at the school grounds before a large attendance of interested spectators. The Iluntly Convent were the winners of the A section, while the B section was won by Tβ Kauwhata. Ituntly Convent were also the winners of tlio I-.W.B.A.'s handsome silver cup for yearly competition.
