NOTHING FOR SHAREHOLDERS.
MILFORD AMUSEMENTS WIND-UP. The final meeting of Milford Amusements, Limited, in liquidation, originally proprietors of the Pirate Shippe, Milford, was held yesterday. The accounts showed that the proceeds of realisation, totalling £12,652, provided sufficient funds to meet the mortgage of £5400 and to pay creditors totalling £7163 in full. There was no return of capital to shareholders. The original paid capital of the company was £6380 in £1 shares. Mr. R. A. Spinley was the liquidator.
