TIGHT WITH POLICE. (Received 12 noon.)' WASHINGTON, July 28. White House officials said that information had como to them from the Secret Service agents that the veterans who led. the attack upon the policemen were entirely a Communist group. The statement was made without amplification by one of the President's secretaries. Troops arrived in the troubled area at 4.45 p.m. with orders to clear away tho veterans.
