DUNEDIN CLUB PROPOSAL. (By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") DUNEDIN, this day. The Dunedin Jockey Club has reduced its membership subscription from £4 4/ to £3 3/., The committee was instructed to go into the question of giving a trial to the paying of' dividends on the three placed horses; also the 5/ totalisator.
