A number of unemployed men gave their services voluntarily at tin; Avondale Presbyterian Church to-day and rendered good service in improving the surroundings. Ladies of llit> church provided a midday meal.
Children will get their feet wet, but Nazol on sugar will prevent cold or chills.—(Ad.)
