REQUEST TO MR. COATES.

MOBBINSVILLE, Tuesday
\t a meetinff of the Morrinsville branch of the Farmers' Union it was decided to write to the P>t. Hon. J. G. Coates urging him not to withdraw from the delegation to Ottawa. On the motion of the president, Mr. A. Topham. the branch decided to send the following letter: "We view with alarm the possibility of your withdrawal from the Ottawa delegation. Should you do so. we are of the opinion that the exporting primary producers would not be adequately represented." The mover said the Farmers' Union had urged the claims of Mr. Coates as a delegate all along.
